I’m 65 days into the 90 day fitness program P90x. So far this exercise program is great! I really enjoy it, and I am seeing great results.
I must admit though, I have not stuck with the program every day. My son was born on February 27th, so of course when that happened I was not concerned about whether or not I had done P90x or not.
Other days I have opted to go to the gym instead, but I have been very consistent with my daily exercise. Most days I try to get in at least one round p90x. Usually I start with the 18 minute “Ab Ripper” video, which is the best (or worst) ab workout I have ever experienced.
In another 25 days I will have completed the first round of P90x and I will be posting my after pictures. Here is the before post. I plan to do a second round of P90x, but I will probably save it for next winter since I prefer to exercise outdoors when the weather is nice.
For those looking for an indoor workout P90x remains one of the best. 65 days in and I am not sick of it yet.
